Payment options

Secure payment is by debit / credit card (via the Stripe payment gateway) or direct debit (via GoCardless). Byline Times doesn’t receive or store your card details.

Renewals and cancellations

Our subscriptions auto-renew, so you’ll be charged again each month/year by default. You can cancel, suspend and manage your subscription from within your account. Your account details will be sent to you when you subscribe. We can only issue refunds within 30 days of your subscription start date.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be redeemed for annual (not monthly) subscriptions and books.
