When will I receive my first paper?
We are a monthly paper. You can find the latest PDF of the paper in your account (subscribe.bylinetimes.com/my-account).
If you are a print subscriber, this month we went to print on 20 December. Please allow one week to receive your paper.
If you subscribed on or after this day, you can expect to receive your paper during our second mail out two weeks later.
I have not received the latest print edition, when will I receive it?
Please allow one week to receive your print edition. If you have still not received it, please contact email@example.com with the email address that you subscribed with and your postal address so that she can look into this for you.
I’ve lost my password, how do I set up a new one?
You will have received an email containing your password when you subscribed. Please search all inboxes for emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to reset your password please click ‘Lost your password’ on the login page to prompt a password reset link. Please search all inboxes for emails from email@example.com.
We recommend using a strong password so please make sure that your password contains one capital letter, one number and one special character.
How do I access the digital edition?
To find the digital edition please go to ‘Downloads’ in your account. (https://subscribe.bylinetimes.com/my-account/downloads/)
Our subscriber list gets the exclusive weekly newsletter ‘Behind the headlines’ as well as notification emails letting you know when the latest digital edition is ready to download. If you think you are on the list but not receiving notifications please check your junk mail and add ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ as a contact in your email settings. How do I redeem my gift card?
To activate your gift card, please click ‘redeem’ on your gift card email which will take you to our subscribe page with the code automatically applied.
To apply the discount code manually, please add the appropriate product to your ‘Cart’ and enter your gift card code on the checkout page. You can find your gift card code on the email.
If you cannot find the gift card email, please search all inboxes for emails from email@example.com.
How do I upgrade my subscription?

How do I renew my subscription
If you have turned off automatic renewals but wish to resubscribe, you can go to your account here: subscribe.bylinetimes.com/my-account and click ‘My Subscription’ on the left hand menu and click ‘Pay’.
I ordered a book, when will I receive it?
Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive. We ship books weekly.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account. Head to ‘Subscriptions’ on the left-hand menu to cancel.
