Managing your subscription
You can do almost everything yourself from this page. It’s the quickest way, and the safest.
Cancel your subscription
Open My Subscription and select Cancel. It runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Paying by PayPal, or have more than one subscription? See two things to check.
Go to My Subscription →Change your address
Update your delivery address under Addresses, then check it has also changed on your subscription, not only on your account. Do it before the print cut-off.
Update your address →Missing or late copy
Email subscriptions@bylinetimes.com with your delivery address and the issue you’re missing, and we’ll send a replacement.
Report a missing copy →Update your card
Card expired or changed bank? Add a new card under Payment methods and make it your default.
Payment methods →Read the digital edition
If your plan includes the digital edition, read it here on any screen. Bought PDFs are under Downloads.

Print deadlines
Each monthly edition goes to print on a Wednesday in the penultimate week of the month before. The cut-off is midnight on the Tuesday before that.
- New subscriptions taken out by the cut-off start with that edition. After it, your first copy will be the following month’s.
- Address changes made by the cut-off apply to that edition. After it, that edition goes to your old address.
- Cancellations made after the cut-off may still receive that edition, as it will already be on its way.
The cut-off dates do shift now and then. If your timing is tight, ask our support assistant.
Cancelling: two things to check
- If you pay by PayPal, also cancel the recurring payment in your PayPal account.
- If you have more than one subscription (for example print and digital, or one taken out under a different email), each has to be cancelled separately.
Refunds, duplicate charges, or acting for someone else
These need a person, including managing a subscription for a relative who has died. Email subscriptions@bylinetimes.com and we will reply personally.
Why we ask you to do it yourself
We have had people try to cancel other people’s subscriptions. So we won’t cancel a subscription or change an address on the strength of an email or a chat message alone. Signing in proves the account is yours.
Anything else? Our support assistant knows the answers to most questions, day or night.
