#VoteWatch24 Crowdfunding Campaign

The General Election has come and gone, but questions still remain about Reform UK’s invisible candidates.

Byline Times has already discovered scores of candidates with no social media presence and no public biography. None of them turned up at their constituency hustings or their vote counts.

These findings warrant further investigation. Our brilliant audience has already been a massive help in sending in tips and leads to votewatch24@bylinetimes.com, but we need the resources to investigate every possible angle.

All of our findings will be forwarded on to the Electoral Commission.

So far, we’ve already identified other questionable campaigning tactics from Reform, including dodgy leaflets that may flout election law and potential violations of Electoral Commission rules on donor vetting.

We know there’s more to this story. With your help, our VoteWatch will get to the bottom of it.

That’s also not the only ground to cover. We know that Voter ID had a massive impact, but it’s gone under-reported and even ignored by the rest of the press.

There’s also more to glean about the use of bots, deep-fakes, and digital misinformation campaigns, in addition to undisclosed and unvetted dark money donors. We’ve got our work cut out for us.
