Hating the ‘Deep State’ More Than Loving Donald Trump: MAGA and the Epstein Affair

Ever since Donald Trump descended his golden escalator on 16 June 2015 to announce his first run for the White House, no controversy, crime, or conviction has stuck to him.

It did not matter to his supporters that he mocked a disabled journalist, insulted military veterans, bragged about the sexual harassment of women, was found liable for sexually assaulting female columnist E Jean Carroll, was convicted for tax and bank fraud, or that he urged a violent mob to carry out an insurrection at the US Capitol.

‘Teflon Don’ has also escaped two impeachments and countless investigations, along with credible accusations that would have guaranteed the end for any other individual seeking or holding public office.
